From approved Figma designs to a launch-ready Framer website the marketing team can confidently own.

As Authentic sharpened its positioning around program insurance infrastructure, the company needed to update their web presence and wanted a practical Framer foundation their marketing team could easily improve at their own pace.

As Authentic sharpened its visual identity and messaging, the company needed an updated website that could engage a sophisticated B2B audience: brokerages, carriers, partners, and candidates. Their designs needed to be translated into a production-ready website that also gave the marketing team a reliable setup for ongoing updates.

Operationally, they needed a practical Framer foundation their marketing team could keep improving on a day-to-day basis without waiting on engineering or external agency resources.

New Lemon Studio partnered with Authentic's marketing team to implement Figma designs in Framer, build reusable website systems, integrate the required marketing tools, prepare the site for launch, and deliver documentation and training for long-term ownership.

The Challenge

Authentic needed a polished, trustworthy B2B website that:

  • Implemented their final Figma designs.

  • Support practical marketing workflows across GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and Greenhouse.

  • Reduce engineering dependency so the team could keep improving the site after launch.

Process & Decisions

The project was set up with our usual, clear process:

  1. Project setup & Design handoff

  2. Build

  3. Revisions

  4. QA and Launch Prep

  5. Handoff with tutorials or training

Decisions During the Build

The value of the project came not only from execution, but from the decisions made along the way.

New Lemon recommended adding a third breakpoint to improve responsive control across real device sizes, giving the site more flexibility without affecting the timeline or budget. At the same time, the team prioritized performance over decorative motion, choosing not to implement cursor-interactive hero graphics that could introduce unnecessary complexity and risk. Instead, the focus remained on clarity, usability, and long-term maintainability.

New Lemon also kept integrations practical and aligned with Authentic’s actual needs. A simple Greenhouse link-out approach supported hiring without overbuilding, while HubSpot implementation options were evaluated with fallback solutions to avoid delays.

Built for Marketing Ownership

Authentic’s site was built for marketing ownership after launch.

New Lemon enabled this through four key elements:

  1. Clean Framer project transfer
A well-structured, componentized Framer project with global styles and reusable sections for easy updates.

  2. Pre-launch QA
Comprehensive checks across styles, components, responsiveness, forms, integrations, and performance.

  3. Documentation and tutorials
A tailored Framer guide with tutorials and FAQs to help non-technical marketers manage the site confidently.

  4. Post-launch support
A 30-day support window and 10-hour support block for questions, minor updates, and fixes.

“Alex took our Figma designs and built them into a clean Framer site. She was quick to respond and I never had to chase her down. When design decisions came up mid-build, she’d flag them with context and a recommendation, acting as a real thought partner — not just a builder.”
